Position : Project Manager L1

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities :

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify market opportunities and prioritize features.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product milestones on time and within budget.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Must Have Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience in [specific industry/sector, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, etc.] is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred.
