Position : Software Engineer – Quality Analyst – L1

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets specifications.
• Document test results and report issues using bug tracking systems.
• Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, procedures, and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.

Must Have Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with manual testing concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
